The 3 units are located at the 4th and 6th floor of the Vivant Building and only 3 minutes walking distance away to the huge Festival Shopping Mall with hundreds of shops and restaurants just a stone draw away.On the opposite side and accross the street there is a golf driving range and a Mexican restaurant, offering international and Filipino dishes. On the right side of the Vivant Flats and just 5 minutes walking distance away, there is the 6 star Palms Club with swimming pool, Tennis Courts and 4 international Restaurants as well as the most modern exercise facilities and a sports and bowling center.

Each apartment is approximately 55 sq.m. in size and features one bedroom, one living room, kitchen and one big bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking counter, big refrigerator, a 4 burner stove with baking unit (electric), a microwave oven, toaster, etc., takes care of the best comfort you need. All units also have cable TV, telephone line and internet connection. Every Apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer in a separate washing area and all units has their own terrace.
각 아파트는 대체로 55 sq.m 정도 사이즈이고 한 개의 침대, 한 개의 거실, 주방과 한 개의 큰 욕실로 이뤄졌습니다. 주방의 시설들은 주방 조리대, 큰 냉장고, 4개의 버너와 빵 굽은 기능(가스와 전기), 극 초단파 오븐, 토스트기, 등. 고객님의 요구를 최대한 편안하게 맞추어 이뤄졌습니다. 모든 방들은 또한 케이블 TV, 전화 갖추고 있고 인터넷 연결도 됩니다. 모든 아파트는 세탁 공간과 분리된 건조기와 세탁기가 설치되 있고 모든 곳들은 테라스가 있습니다.

Our apartments are fully airconditioned and furnished with only the best and first class executive style furnitures (included also is a movie theater, Radio and Flat TV at the wall). The sala set in the leaving room is made adjustable, so at night to convert into a comfortable queen size double bed to comfort your guests.

Each apartment has its own parking space inside the building and the use of the Vivant owned swimming pool located at the basement is included at the rent. 각 아파트는 건물 안에 주차 공간이 각자 따로 있고 Vivant 건물지하층에 위치해 있는 수영장 사용은 대여 비에 포함돼 있습니다.

The place also features a 24-hour security and a security camera and monitor at each apartment (via your tv, you can see each visitor entering from the basement), so you can be sure that no unwarranted visitors can be able to enter the apartment. 이 곳은 24시간 경비와 보안 카메라, 모니터가 각 아파트(고객님의 TV로 통해, 고객님은 지하층에서 들어오려는 방문자들을 보실 수 있습니다)에 있어서, 인증되지 않은 방문자들이 아파트에 들어오지 못하도록 하고 있습니다.
